key F9 tiles all open windows of all open applications scales
them down and neatly arranges them, so you can see what’s in
every single one. Also, hold down command and hit tab to scroll from
one open application to another.
function key F10 tiles all open windows for the current
application tiles all of your active application's open windows while
causing all of the open windows of other applications to fade to delightful
shade of grey. The clutter cleared, you can easily find the document
you need. A mouse click makes it the active window. Use the tab key
to switch between open applications and associated tiled windows

key F11 hides all open windows in all open applications so
you can see the desktop

+ tab scroll though all open applications
after hitting command-tab:
- Go forward thru apps by pressing tab, or right arrow.
- Shift
backwards thru apps by pressing shift-tab, or left arrow, or the tilde
(above the tab key)
- Go to a targeted app by releasing the command key, clicking the
mouse button, hitting the space bar, or hitting return.
- Cancel app switching by pressing esc or the period
- quit or hide everything hit Command-Tab, let go of the Tab key (continue
to hold down Command) and hit Q through the sequence of open apps--there's
no need to wait to switch to each open app! Press H to hide the apps
stop scrolling

just type a V A to get to that area of the window quickly
